Privacy policy.

Short version: Shuffleboard Heroes doesn’t collect any personal data. Your game stays on your iPhone.

Who we are

Shuffleboard Heroes is made by Intheday LTD (“we”, “us”). If you have a question about this policy, email hello@shuffleboardheroes.com.

The app

Shuffleboard Heroes has no account or sign-in, no ads, no tracking, no analytics and no in-app purchases. It works entirely offline: the app doesn’t connect to the internet, and it doesn’t send any information to us or to anyone else.

To let you pick up where you left off, the app stores the following on your iPhone, inside the app’s own storage:

• Your game progress: Grand Tour stamps, XP, tickets, Pucks, crests and achievements, results of matches you’ve played and when, and a match in progress.
• Your settings: music, sound effects and haptics, the difficulty you last chose for each legend, and whether you’ve seen the introduction.

None of this includes your name, email, location, contacts or any other personal information, and none of it leaves your device. The app doesn’t ask for access to your camera, microphone, photos, location or contacts.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app deletes everything it has stored. If you back up your iPhone to iCloud or a computer, those backups include the app’s data; backups are handled by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy.

Information from Apple

Apple may give us aggregated App Store statistics, such as how many people downloaded the app. If you’ve chosen to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone’s settings, Apple may also share crash reports. This information is collected by Apple, not by the app, under Apple’s privacy policy, and it doesn’t identify you to us.

Children

Shuffleboard Heroes is suitable for players of all ages. Because the app collects no personal data from anyone, it collects none from children.

This website

This website has no cookies, analytics or ads, and loads nothing from third parties. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard request logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and reliability, and deletes them after a limited period.

If you use the contact form on our support page or email us, we receive your name, email address and message. We use them only to reply to you and to help with your question, and we don’t share them or use them for marketing. The contact form is delivered to us by our email provider, Resend, which processes messages on our behalf. We delete messages once they’re no longer needed to help you.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, for example under UK or EU data protection law, you can ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. The app holds none on our side; for anything you’ve sent us through the contact form or by email, contact hello@shuffleboardheroes.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

Changes to this policy

If we ever add online features, such as Game Center or iCloud sync, we’ll update this policy and the App Store privacy information before that version is released.
